Policies - Cancellation and Refunds

Whilst we appreciate circumstances can change, and we try to be as accommodating as possible, We have the following charges for cancellation of your order.

7 Days Plus in advance of collection - 10% deduction from refund to allow for administration.

Within 7 days no refund will be given.

On occasions, and for particular orders that we cannot produce, for instance when we are unable to source an special request/element, we will contact you in the first instance to cancel your order. On these occasions, a full refund will be offered.
